JOB OFFER FOR INDIA NEW VISA
Our company is working on different projects that include fabrication of steel structures, rental equipment, and electrical material. We are looking for an active person who remain up to date.
Designation: Documentation controller
Job description:
keep up to date all project’s documents; including:
o Pre-approval, running projects & Finished project.
o Up to date all costing respectively
o Up to date inventory
You would be responsible for :
o making quotation, invoicing and delivery notes and time sheets
o sometime need to visit clients just for signs on these documents
Keep eye on all incoming and outgoing emails and up to date to your immediate superior
o Up to date all project’s documents accordingly.
o Reply emails as per need after consultation with immediate superior.
Carrier path:
First six moth you would be under probation period, after that If you shall struggle and work at sites in different projects and you feel confident to work in projects then your salary will be rise as per negotiation.
Salary : 1500 SAR
Accomodation and transportation provided by the company
leave : 30 days years
medical provided by the company.
Air ticket provided by the company.
