A) Production Planning & Materials Requirement Planning - MRP: 

- Evaluate Sales Forecast feasibility. 
- Material Requirement Planning according to planned forecast. 
- Prepare weekly delivery report for warehouse to prevent any problems that may arise from storage area, unloading and delivery time (of the day). 
- Monitor production output by means of weekly production reports and a weekly site visit. 
- Direct follow-up with customs officer on customs clearance status and delivery to warehouse. 

B) Procurement: 

- Setting Procurement plan and required delivery dates & issuing & processing foreign/local purchase orders. 
- Confirming & following up with suppliers on status & delivery of purchase orders. 
- Supervise customs clearance, transport and delivery to plant warehouse. 

C) Warehousing: 

- Monitor the inflow and outflow of raw material. 
- Supervise the reporting of the monthly movement of stock levels for finished product, semi finished product and raw material. 
- Supervise the maintain a suitable and minimum coverage rate for raw materials and an adequate safety stock for finished product. 
- Devise and supervise the implementation of an order-delivery-plan on the basis of production needs and available storage space. 
- Supervising the transport and supply of all raw materials necessary for achieving production targets from our warehouses or suppliers.
