Reputed construction company looking to hire Procurement Engineer
Job Summary:
Ensure that Civil / Arch. projects’ purchases/contracts are conducted according to our Procurement policy and procedures and according to contract requirement and to our best Interests ( Best deals are conducted in terms of specifications, quality and price).

Main Responsibilities & Duties:
*Read and study tender documents thoroughly.
*Divide the tender B.O.Q. into sub-packages (to be sorted by similarity in nature of work).
*Prepare tender sub-packages (hard/soft copies).
*Send Request for Quotation (RFQ) forms to the vendors (suppliers or subcontractors) both local and international to collect offers in accordance with the project requirements.
*Analyze each line item in the B.O.Q. by utilizing the M.O.M. with the specifications and drawings.
*Extract any contradictions in the tender documents upon tender study, or any missing information and address them to the client.
*Receive offers from vendors, analyze and study the offers both technically and financially.
*Finalize the break down for the direct cost (materials, wastes, accessories, equipment and tools, labors, subcontractors (if any) and services which are related directly to the job). Then discuss and evaluate the results with the Estimation Manager & Procurement Manager as well.
*Prepare material submittals.

Qualification:
Graduate degree : Civil or Architect Engineer
Transferable Iqama 
Good English skills (Typing/Speaking) 
Experience: good experience working in Saudi Arabia or other countries (2- 7 years)
