General Job Description Lead in the management and implementation of OSP/FTTX projects

Specific Job Description
1. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and documentation requirements of projects. 
2. Participate in customer/contractor meetings and resolve customer/engineering and management project issues.
3. Ensure effective engineering and customer communications.
4. Plan project activities and efficiently organize site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
5. Perform daily monitoring of site labor force and work of site team; generate required reports/documentation.
6. Coordinate materials and supplies required with OSP and FTTH materials suppliers.
7. Assist in completion of PATs and FACs, etc.
8. Oversee the implementation of standard occupational and health and safety procedures across the site labor force.
9. Map out preventive and contingency planning measures to avoid site hazards and develop risk assessment procedures. 
10. Generate periodic reports on the progress of projects.

Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field.

Experiences At least 5 years experiences in a similar position with strong project management experiences.

Other Skills/Qualifications 1. Excellent organization, intra-personal communications and presentation/reporting skills; can work within a multi-cultural/diverse team.
2. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English; in Arabic a plus.
3. Must know how to drive light vehicles; possess a valid driving license.
4. Trustworthy and with positive attitude; with ability to multi-task and work after-hours.
5. Young, with pleasing personality and physically strong and healthy.
