Qualifications:
•College graduate of any four-year course
•A creative thinker, lightning-fast learner and great problem-solver, eager to take on challenges helping our client turn data into strategy
•Passionate about data analytics, comfortable with technical concepts and possibly have knowledge of statistics
•Preferably with Telecom background experience
•Knowledge of Arabic is an added value

Job Description:
•Responsible for project managing, reporting in dashboard project
•Perform business forensics and dig into our clients’ most pressing customer experience management needs
•Provide insights and solutions to clients through analytical interpretation of data
•Handle queries and requests from clients
•Develop KPIs and metrics for client sustainability project
•Prepare statistical reports and provide in-depth analysis and recommendations
