Job in KSA (Visa not Available)
company is in need of an IT Support Engineer preferably with a minimum of 2(two) years experiences with this designated field. A successful candidate will provide technical support through phone, remote services and most importantly giving on-site support as requested to his fellow co-workers within their offices and branches. He will independently identify, troubleshoot and isolate problems within a period of time. He might be then escalate for more complex problems as necessary to his supervisor or manager.
Required skills are as follows:
-MS Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and basic server configurations but not required.
-Net Infrastructure
-WAN
-LAN/WLAN
-Remote Services(Teamviewer/RDP)
-Conversant in English language
-Active Directory and Domain Controller
-Good Knowledge of Citrix Application will be considered as an added value but not required.
