IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Our company is in need of an IT System/Desktop Support Engineer to work in Medina near Alharam. The candidate having knowledge of CCTV IP camera connectivity preferably with a minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop & Network support and experience in Ethernet cable termination including patch panel and wall plate. Interested and qualified candidates can email your resume.

A successful candidate will provide technical support through phone, remote services and most importantly giving on-site support as requested from his co-workers within their offices and branches. He will independently identify, troubleshoot and isolate problems within a period of time. He might then escalate for more complex issues as necessary to his supervisor or manager.

NETWORK TECHNICIAN with CCNA certification for diploma candidates
(Knowledge of port forwarding, configuring cctv DVR/NVR to access over internet )


Required skills are as follows: 
-MS Windows 7, 8
-understanding of internet Infrastructure 
-knowledge of WAN 
- knowledge of LAN/WLAN 
-Server Configurations
-Conversant in English Language , understanding Arabic

-Candidate must have a transferable Iqama
