We are looking to hire an HR assistant to handle a variety of Administrative, General office & HR support duties. Candidate main duties is to provide HR related information and clerical support as well to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the office Administration.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to overall HR related functions.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
• Responsible to commincate & keep track of all human resources related activities, policies, processes and procedures.
• Coordinate overall administration tasks and take minutes of meeting.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
• Initiate Arabic & English communication with internal & external parties.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Book travel arrangements.
Skills
• Proven relevant experience.
• PC literacy and hands on MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of labour law.
• Graduate, Degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• Proven administrative or assistant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
