We need 6 persons for HardWare and 2 SystemExpert
SALARY Package for Engineer => 3300SR and Salary Package for Technician is 2800SR
including everything
1 HardWare and Systems Technicians (Not engineer Electronics Technician only)
· Both (hardware and system) these roles are exactly the same
· We don't need engineers for this role as technicians would suffice
· Educational Level: Electronics diploma or equivalent.
This role must be covered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The maintenance tasks that the technicians shall carry out are as follows:
· Responsible for maintenance tasks on site, Level 1
· Apply preventive and corrective maintenance
· Regular cleaning of equipment, with special care and attention to electronic cards.
· Changing of spare parts.
· Verification of the ventilation/heating systems and thermostat settings.
· Detecting damaged elements.
· Sending the damaged elements to the laboratory with the necessary explanations for a proper repairing process.
· The overhaul shall be done monthly and a maintenance sheet shall be filled in per type of verification.
· Solving locally SW and Systems events Level 1
2 Systems Expert of Maintenance is the mean responsible for Maintenance Level 2 of SW for each Traffic Control Center, so they shall be qualified personnel. The role of SW Expert shall be covered by technicians having software/computer experience and, in their absence; person/s designated by the Project Manager will assume their duties.
Their work time will be flexible depending on the times established by the traffic studies and the maintenance tasks. Their normal working hours will be from Sunday to Thursday during the morning and afternoon, but they will be ready to go to the Control Center at any time, depending on any unexpected emergency.
· Educational Level: Computer engineer or equivalent well experienced in Control Systems
His main functions are:
· Solving locally SW events Level 2
· Addressing events Level 3 to the Remote Support Team
· Controlling and monitoring Maintenance at Control Room.
· Studying recurrent abnormal situations of Maintenance and creating specific plans for these traffic situations.
· System Administrator and Data Bases profile
· Responsible to provide reports of the System : deliverable for the Team Coordinator
· Technical Link with the Remote Support Team
· Preventive Maintenance of Servers and Hardware
· Upgrade of SW versions
· Availability to attend in case of emergency
· Management of the Support Maintenance Tool
