Job Description

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and business applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Installing and configuring network media ,IP Printers and connections
• Microsoft outlook [configuration of mailbox, repairing & configuring PST
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Working continuously on a task until completion.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Maintaining and administrating Time Attendance Software and Machines.
• Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking.
• Monitor and remove Virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software.
• Working either over the phone, through remote desktop, by e-mail, or face-to-face with employees, he will answer the technical questions of all end users
• Having good knowledge of Networking and Microsoft Servers, .

Skills and Experiences
• FRESHERS with experience in Hardware & Networking
• Fluent/Good in English
• Expert in PC/software/Network trouble shootings
• Very good knowledge of all areas in IT
