JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor Degree in Engineering or building or business related degree,
o Minimum 3 years working experience in Facility Management, etc.
o Good Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leader ship abilities.
o Good command of spoken and written English
o Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Capture details of service requests from customers (through phone, email or walk in) and input into system, raise job to concerned department
• Produce reports from system as required
• Develop PPM schedule in conjunction with Operations engineer
• In conjunction with Operations engineer, Develop and upload tasks and frequencies for PPM activities
• Provide regular training as well as periodic refresher courses on basic use of system
• Expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment to providing a Safe working environment for all staff in accordance with the company Health & Safety (H&S) procedures.
• Expected to ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with the company quality procedures.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Assist in providing information and updates on scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requests
o Submit work request and ensure work completion on time schedule
o Response time in resolving TAM related matters
