One of our customer is looking for Operations & Admin Executive, following is the job details
Job Description
• Maintaining computerized & manual filing systems and office data. (In Arabic & English)
• Drafting and typing reports, memos and general correspondence. (In Arabic & English)
• Arranging meetings and travel arrangements.
• Dealing with different vendors & Partner Companies.
• Processing invoices for payment and maintaining associated files.
• Prepare confidential correspondence, special reports, questionnaires, evaluations, and justifications related to general administrative tasks.
• Maintaining and Requesting new equipment or supplies for departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• MBA/BBA, Preferably in IT
• Good Proficiency in English & Arabic (preferably fluent in Arabic)
• 1-2 Years of experience
• Highly Dedicated, Self-Starter and Passionate to learn
• Strong Interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Excellent command on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Internet.
• Must be Hard-working and can manage the tasks independently
• Preferably having own car
• Must have transferable Iqama
