Job Description:
1. Manage the installation of PWLIFS equipment at customer sites, ensuring a professional,
timely and cost-effective installation process
2. Oversee employees and subcontractors
3. Manage projects (and processes) to ensure consistent project delivery
4. Maintain project paperwork including contracts, revisions, estimates, work drawings and
specifications
5. Interface with both internal and external customers and employees to schedule and manage the project from pre-construction through completion
6. Generate supervisor/foreman packages, pre-engineering, meeting minutes, close-out
documents and O&M Manuals.
7. Promote the overall installation capabilities and products used by PWLIFS.
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years of Project Engineering experience including planning, processing, delivery,and construction
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
3. NFPA 72, 13, 12, and NEC codes is an asset
4. Valid driver's license, with a good driving record
5. Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
6. Good management skills.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
8. Valid driver's license, good driving record and able to pass a background check
Requirements
1. 5 years+ of field installation experience and managing employees
2. Strong written and verbal skills
3. Ability to read blueprints
4. Highly organized with ability to multi task
5. Valid and clean driver's license
Skills
1. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. (5) years relevant continuous experience in Fire and Security Systems (Fire Suppression,
Sprinkler and Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control).
3. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
4. Good knowledge of NFPA and Saudi Standards and Codes.
5. Good exposure to region’s contractors and consultants.
6. Good communication and presentation skills
7. Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
8. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
9. Very good English communication skills.
10. Working knowledge of computer applications, MS or related
11. Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a team work environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to details.
12. Ability to perform and work well under pressure.
13. A willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment, participate to the development of new ideas & concepts.
