The Guest Services Representative, also referred to as a Front Desk Clerk, is responsible for office, safety and guest relations duties associated with the front desk and functions as a member of the Resort Team.
FILIPINO, INDIAN, NEPALI NATIONALS PREFERRED
Transferable Iqama.
Full Time position available.
Salary SAR 1'800.- plus package.
Accommodation provided on the compound.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Maintain appearance of front lobby
• Safeguard all Residential Resort & Compound Assets:
• Adhere to and comply with all company policies, practices, procedures and guidelines as outlined in the Safety and Security Manual
• Other duties: as assigned by General Manager, Area Manager and/or other management which may include cross functional job duties
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer proficiency, including Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Must be able to meet the job requirements for all Ryan Residential Resort Team positions in order to perform them as needed
• Sort and rack incoming messages and mail
• Make and confirm guest reservations as well as maintain records of assigned and available rooms
• Read and run various reports
• Transmit and receive messages via telephone and fax machine, e-mail, letters, notifications, etcetera.
• Process guest registration, computing and collecting payments, verification of cash- and bank- transactions
