Basic Qualification :
--------------------------
1.BSC, BE or B.TECH in Chemical /Mechanical / Process or Industrial Engineering.
2.Should be capable to manage shutdowns and turn around for chemicals, oil & gas companies.
3. Has experience in leading & cutting edge technology and chemical cleaning , neutralization , foam cleaning , passivation and chemical Decontamination.
4. Min 5 - 10 Years Experience.
Responsibilities & Duties:
---------------------------------
1.Execution of Chemical cleaning , pre commissioning jobs such as line straightening and oil flushing , equipment condition & cleaning parameters.
2. Oversee the installations process relevant to Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and civil aspects of the Industrial cleaning contract and guide a team of engineers and technicians in troubleshooting , analyzing including the preparation of technical reports of the project.
3. Provide technical advice in the development of support facilities offers technical advice expertise in technical consultancy to clients operational problems.
4. Work closely with management regarding priority of work and schedules based on industry standards and best practices.
5. Handles spare parts procurement applying familiarity of inventory management procedure.
6. Offer Technical support for the chemical cleaning, steam cleaning and hydrojetting business of the company.
7. Assist in the development of maintenance and test works for the aqua milling cleaning, pressure and leak testing, chemical cleaning of pipes , vessels and boilers, boiler maintenance and inspection, oil flushing nitrogen purging and inertization , bolt tensioning and torque , chimney and flare works , sand grit blasting and painting, mechanical work and preparation , scaffolding and insulation , inspection and non-destructive.
Testing and SASO certified calibration facilities and related activities.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:

1.Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accomodation and without posting a direct threat to safety or health of maintenance and industrial services crews or others.
2.Assist in the proper closeout of project including transmittal of final document to client.
Work Experience:
------------------------
5-10 years of experience supported by direct exposure to relevant operation in the oil and gas, power , Refinery and Petrochemical industries along with managerial ability in handling projects for chemical cleaning, steam cleaning and hydro jetting.
For Foreman same as above related experience in foreman level but reported to Supervisor.
