- To provide onsite technical support service for all Mobily Business Unit Partners for Sales Systems (CRM, IVR, e-Portal) based upon agreed SLA.
- Technical Support includes Sales activation system (Siebel CRM & 2 In-house Developed Software), E-Portal and IVR.
- To do Bulk Router SIM activation & SIM Swap.
- To do Bulk Pre-Activation orders in coordination with Mobily departments.
