1. Assist Managers in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines.
2. Scheduling and coordinating service work for Field Service Technicians.
3. Responsible to receive customer’s calls/email and deliver quality work on time.
4. Inspect quality of work performed as required, prior to delivery to the customer.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as organization needed.
6. Responsible for promoting the company by providing the best service team in the Kingdom.
7. Responsible for closely monitoring service profitability providing reports and detailed data to the Service Manager and General Manager.
8. Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments for quality standards.
9. Required to attend meetings with Clients for negotiations and finalizing tenders/contracts.
10. Responsible for co-ordination with Country Sales Manager and report to the Service Manager and General Manager.
11. Utilize management reporting to improve department performance.
12. Understand the company’s customer service interaction and proper decorum in representing the organization.
13. Assist Service Manager will support the hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of all service team members.
14. Assist to Managers to prepare plans in accordance with Organization’s standards and best practices to ensure satisfied customers.
15. Assist Service Manager with monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of the department to ensure profitability.
16. Has to be familiar with Smart TV full maintenance, preferably SAMSUNG.
Requirements:
Should have experience in the same field.
Should have similar educational background.
Should Join Immediately.
Should have Transferable Iqama.
