Major Responsibilities Handling:
Monitoring and Controlling the Finance Team and supervise their work in Finance Department and review of their regular report like Inventory Ageing, ACR ACP Ageing etc.
Preparation and Presentation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Financial Statements along with comments and justifications of abnormal Variances
Actively involved in preparation of Annual Budget and developing latest Estimate.
Implementation & Compliance of the new Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
Handling on daily basis finance department operation related issues.
Coordination with other department and group company for financial transactions.
Providing support and guidance to team members to solve critical issues.
Direct Co-ordination with the Internal and External Auditors till Finalization of Audit Report.
Updating and providing all required information for Annual Zakat Return as per auditors’ requirements
Handling the responsibility of Finance Manager in his absence.
Handling of medical insurance for Staff and general property insurance including marine insurance.
Handling Fixed Assets area including recording, monthly depreciating, counting and providing any information related to this.
Monthly cross verification of revenue & revenue recognisation in system.
Monitoring the status of project on regular basis, follow up for closing in system.
Daily mapping and posting integration transactions in system and finalization of batches.
Providing project related information as per system to management, other department.
In addition to above, provide any other information or report required to management.
-Candidates are required to be fluent in English
-Strong capabilities in preparing presentations and the use of Microsoft office tools and excel.
