We are looking for a CRM Admin guys that can handle the following functions:
• Manage day-to-day operational and support activities for MS Dynamics CRM 2015
• Implement modifications/changes/customization's/configurations to CRM as required
• Create workflows, customize fields and entity forms within MS CRM, etc
• Add users, set user privileges, define policies, add/change discount levels, customize reports, etc.
• Document processes and procedures for users
• Undertake operation and maintenance of the CRM application for release upgrades, customization's,
Candidate should have at least 2 years experience on MS Dynamics.
