Responsibilities
• To prepare the Annual Budget, P& L Management and sales target monitoring, Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L and B/S with necessary schedules.
• Periodical accounting of necessary Provisions & Prepaid allocation, Fund Control Management for AR & AP requirements.
• Verification of Contracts, Subcontracts and Procurement documents, Periodical co-ordination with internal & external auditors.
• Financial Forecast & Budgets, Comparative Statement of Income & Expenses & Cash flow & Expenditure budget.
• Variance Report on Budget vs. Actual for income & expenses, Debtors [AR] & Creditors [AP] ageing analysis reports.
• Inter Company / branch reconciliation statements, Fixed Assets & Depreciation statement.
• Sub-Contractor Vs Client Bill Reconciliation Statement, Overhead cost allocation report to Cost Center & Project Job Costs & Profitability Report.
• Credit Control – Maintaining and reviewing debtors ageing reports as per the company credit policies.
• Follow up the payment collections, credit limit approval as per the financial statements and market research.
• To manage the outstanding sales balances falling due and contact customers before the balances become overdue to confirm payments, set and monitor credit limits, To keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques, Follow up the company credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required.
Skills required
• 2- 3 years work experience in Big 4.
• Indian preferred
• Salary range- AED 12000pm- AED 15000pm
