Maintain the required quality standard of the finished products in accordance with the specified customer requirements in compliance to Schneider Production System. Calls for basic professional knowledge of application of working instructions, carry out sequences of quality control operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Commitment for Production System implementation.
2. Observe and maintain that local legislation and company rules for Health and Safety are obeyed at all Times and advice visitors to the workshop of these rules.
3. Abide by the company’s rules and regulation either conveyed verbally or explicitly written by the quality control manager or superiors, including proper attitude towards work.
4. Conduct inspection of the product based on inspection checklist, approved for construction drawings, customer’s special requirements (noted on the “Request for Manufacture” form), and technical guide related to the product under inspection, applicable international standards such as IEC, NEMA & others.
5. Conduct In-Line Testing of the product and equipment as necessary and to issue the corrected “As Manufactured” drawing to design office.
6. Ensure that the test format shall be stamped with QC Visa at the end of all test completion and QC Inspected label at the end of testing to all products and equipments.
7. Clarify to concerned section for any ambiguous design and to raise non-conformity for defective components.
8. Issuance of JOB Status ( Final Inspection Report / Follow – Up ) Countered check by the Quality Control Engineer.
9. Ensure the validation date of all test equipment being used.
10. Practice 5S system within the work area and apply ergonomics directives.
11. Perform customer inspection under superior supervision either Quality Control Inspector or Quality Control Engineer
12. Commitment for continuous improvement.
13. Respect the chart of authority and principal of responsibility
