We are looking for a Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in KSA. Our client related to the construction company need someone, who can join them by 10th of July 2016.

Transferable Iqamas are preferred.
We don't have VISAS, this job is only for the local ones (Currently available in KSA).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Control all the In & Out with the proper filling system.
a) Update all the petty cash for the SITEs and Admin in system
b) Update the PR’s File with subject to the approval by planning dept.
c) Making cheaques against approved PR’s and maintain a proper bank record.
d) Update all the sub-agents statements as per the Payments & Payments Certificate.
e) Follow up the debtors / creditors (Staff petty cash – Supplier – Subagents)
f) Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to Proper accounts.
g) Responsibilities for data entry of all the approved invoices received against Petty Cash.
2) Control Daily transactions
3) Daily Data Entry
4) All the proper signatures in terms of Payment Vouchers, Receiving Vouchers
5) Monthly Bank Reconciliation
6) Update the Bank Balance in the System
7) Update all staff salaries into Accounts
8) Follow up the vendors for invoices with the help of Procurement, Planning & Site management.
9) Visit bank as per requirement and needs.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1) Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar field.
2) Must have bachelors degree
3) Must have good represent able personality to represent company in banks
4) Should have very good communication skills in English and Arabic
