1- looking for an experienced Live in-House manager. Female, English or Arabic speaking. Who knows the arts of housekeeping services, food and beverage service and cleanup, laundry procedures and wardrobe management, Supervising cleaning personnel and entertaining while maintaining proper etiquette and a high-energy, can-do attitude at all times. Assist the Lady of the House on her daily requirements. And manage the house with 5stars level.
Additionally, a housekeeper & a privet household cook will be hired to assist the House manager
2- looking for an experienced Live in-privet household cook, Female, English or Arabic speaking. Which is responsible of:
1) Prepare meals in private home according to employers’ recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the couple and their guests and possibly for other household staff.
2) Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.
3) Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
4) Serve meals and snacks to employing couple and their guests.
5) Plan menus according to employers’ needs and diet restrictions.
6) Plan and prepare food for the couple parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.
7) Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables and meats, and bake breads and pastries.
8) Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food.
9) Travel with employers to vacation homes to provide meal preparation at those locations. (if needed )
