Job Description, Roles and Responsibilities:
o Sell and market GBS executive education programs.
o Initiate contacts and follow up with existing and potential clients.
o Sell training programs/initiatives to the clients by articulating GBS’s value proposition.
o Conduct market research and enhance sales and marketing activities to identify potential business opportunities in both existing and new clients and ensure sales of GBS executive courses.
o Develop sales and marketing plans and contribute to the promotion and marketing of GBS’s Executive Education products and services
o Oversee the administrative and delivery systems of all executive programs including plans, logistics (including hotel, refreshments, lunch, certificate preparation, photography, etc.), course delivery, course evaluations, and reporting. Handle all event management activities for workshops, courses, and seminars.
o Develop/Compile all course materials in a timely and efficient manner including course binders, case studies, simulations, and all other training materials.
o Work with GBS Accountant and generate invoices and email theme to clients.
o Follow up and collection of funds/invoices from clients/participants.
o Work with Graphics Designer (Samir and others) to develop and update all relevant marketing collateral in a timely manner.
o Work with Procurement Department and Ms. Beenish Saiyed and procure all course materials and marketing collateral in a timely manner.
o Handle clients for both open enrollment and customized programs.
o Respond and follow up on phone calls and emails to clients in a timely manner.
o Work with potential clients and arrange seminars and speakers.
o Handle pre-course, during course delivery, and post-course activities.
o Understand, coordinate, and fulfill faculty’s classroom needs such online assessments, pre-readings, simulations, arrangement of laptops, whiteboard, markers, internet connection, etc.
o Work with Ms. Beenish Saiyed and maintain a contact database of existing and potential clients to keep track of opportunities and leads.
o Work with Ms. Beenish Saiyed and ensure social media activities are in sync with course marketing and delivery schedule.
o Work with the GBS Dean and Ms. Beenish Saiyed and prepare a yearly course/program schedule.
o Translate necessary course materials into Arabic and submit it to TVTC for timely Accreditation and Permissions.
o Prepare a list of participants in Arabic along with Iqama number and submit it to EMARAT for Male/Female permission.
o Arrange sales and business development meetings with existing and potential clients for the GBS Dean. Prepare folder, client site directions, and relevant marketing material for Dean’s meetings at least 1-2 days in advance of meetings.
o Keep the GBS Dean and Ms. Beenish Saiyed informed of all interactions with existing and potential clients.
o Assist the GBS Dean with overall operations of GBS Executive Education.
