1.PROJECT ENGINEER-BAHRAIN

A Our client is a fast growing Real Estate firm headquartered in Bahrain. They are currently looking for a Project Engineer/Civil Engineer to join their ever expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of large-scale and capital-intensive project using a proprietary project delivery methodology to minimize project risk and maximize investor returns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop cost-effective design layouts based on construction specifications and requirements.
• Adhere to established design guidelines and procedures.
• Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements.
• Determine construction cost and material estimates based on civil designs.
• Perform field surveys and investigations to prepare engineering drawings.
• Review project plan and determine the design feasibility and constraints.
• Use latest software and technologies to develop effective designs.
• Maintain accurate design files for reference purposes.
• Manage design projects within allotted timelines and budgets.
• Perform design changes and improvements according to changing project demands.
• Provide assistance to design and construction teams



DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Experience of not less than 5 years, including 2 years in Bahrain
• Must have fluent written & verbal English & Arabic communication skills

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic communications planning.
• Assesses communications programs, report finding and recommend improvements.
• Provide expertise and share knowledge with internal clients on internal communications projects and media events as well as external communications.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree from a well reputed International University.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications/marketing within and international bank or international investment firms.
• Bilingual is an advantage
