Looking for Pipe fitters, Chemical cleaning technicians, Catalyst Handling , Hydrojetters and labors.
Basic qualifications :
Transferrable Iqama is must.
Pipe fitter:
=======
1. Reads and interpret plot plans, drawings, spool sheets and detail sheets and plans works procedures.
2. Perform beveling and mitering of pipe ends.
3. Selects, measures, cuts and installs underground and above ground piping systems, joints and
connections, including concrete pipe, carbon steel pipe, fiberglass, and thermoplastics pipe, using hand
and power tools and aided by slings and aligning dogs. Installs pipes and fitting, valves, traps, or
strainers, fit up gaskets, and bend pipes.
4. Prepares pipe lengths and fittings for fit‐up and sets up all types of weld joints (i.e. TKY and J) prior to
completion by welder.
5. Selects, inspects and uses rigging aids such as block and tackle, chain hoist, come along, jack and tagger.
Aligns piping against thrust blocks and secures. Performs “acid” washing all choked pipelines and valves.
6. Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of
incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the
workplace.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least (6) years experience as a fully qualified Industrial
Pipefitter in construction industry.
Previous experience in hydrotesting, pipe cleaning and air
blow in for LPG and Sulfur pipeline is an advantage.
Middle East experience is considered essential.

Hydrojetters:

Performs the check prior to start within the assigned scope.
2. . Perform the cleaning as per the method of statement provided by the Operation Superintendent.
3. Select proper Lances, Hoses, Fittings and Nozzles as per the requirement.
4. Selects the pumps as per the GPM.
5. Installs Hoses and fittings as per the capacity of pumps in order to avoid any injuries.
6. Selects, inspects and uses rigging aids such as block and tackle, chain hoist, come along, jack and tagger.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 6 years experience as a fully qualified hydro jetters in
shut down /turn around works.
Familiar and with experience in special accessories and nozzles.
Middle East experience is an advantage.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in ground‐laying of pipes and cables.
2. Performs housekeeping activities.
3. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of (5) years experience in manual labor.

Should be capable to manage shutdowns and turn around for chemicals, oil & gas companies.
Should have experience in leading & cutting edge technology and chemical cleaning, neutralization, foam cleaning, Passivation and chemical Decontamination.
Min 5 to 10 Years of experience.
Responsibilities & Duties:

Execution of all chemical cleaning, pre commissioning jobs such as line straightening and oil flushing, equipment condition & cleaning parameters.
Oversee the installation process relevant to electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Civil aspects of the preparation of technical reports of the project.
Provide technical advice in the development of support facilities offers technical advice expertise in technical consultancy to clients operational problems.
Work closely with management regarding priority of work facilities offers technical advice expertise in technical consultancy to clients operational problems.
Work closely with management regarding priority of work and schedules based on industry standards and best practices.
Handles spare parts procurements applying familiarity of inventory management procedure.
Offer technical support for the chemical cleaning, steam cleaning and hydro jetting business of the company. Chemical cleaning of pipes, vessels and boilers, boiler maintenance and inspection, oil flushing, nitrogen purging and inertization, bolt tensioning and torque, chimney and flare works, sand grit blasting and painting, mechanical work and preparation, scaffolding and insulation, inspection and non-destructive.
Testing and SASO certified calibration facilities and related activities.
Secondary Responsibilities and duties:

4. Experience in catalyst jobs such as - loading, unloading, screening, installation & internal maintenance of reactors and other petrochemical, fertilizer units.
5. Plan, implement and monitor all the catalyst handling related works at site.
6. Estimate, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for all catalyst handling and related works prior to execution.
