FTTX Coordinator
Shall have ability to work independently with limited direction, communicate effectively with team members in , and drive circuit installation timelines will be critical to your success. You will work on a team ordering and managing concurrent circuit orders and work closely with engineering and operations organizations to ensure circuits are correctly provisioned and maintained. As a single point of contact for various aspects of the telecom circuit ordering and tracking process, you will resolve problems and develop relationships at all levels of the organization,
Key Responsibilities include:
Serve as a primary interface for wireless, cellular, data and voice circuit ordering and tracking
Order and track all open data circuit requests and drive timely installations
Generate and deliver consolidated status reports
Manager field provisioning and installation teams
Communicate to customer in the process of completion of the order
Maintain site preparation documentation
Record all circuit information to include location, Materials, milestone dates, and circuit details
Ensure , installation, and augmentation processes meet and comply with all Mobily polices and guidelines, specifically IT and internal Engineering
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with other teams for circuit installs/activations
Assist in other administrative duties, including supplier invoice auditing, asset tracking, and inventory management
Basic Qualifications
Experience with the deployment or operations of FTTx networks.
Experience of using t WFMe / SIEBEL system / Excel VLookup
Experience of Using MOT device for data updates
Knowledge of telecommunication technologies (T1, DIA, PRI, POTS, 4G, LTE)
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
Ability to escalate problems for any support needed for problem resolution
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of voice and data circuit ordering experience
