We are looking for well experienced Recruitment Office to handle both our local and oversea recruitment tasks.
The candidate should have the following experiences.
1-Building applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization information.
2- To lead in the coordination of the Society’s Recruitment Assessment for both internal and external recruitment.
3- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.
4- To coordinate and deal with the recruitment and selection administration
required by HR policies relating to the appointment of new employees.
5- recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
