Looking for a front office technical support engineer for a position in Riyadh. you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the customer network within an organization in a technical support role. Some tasks include and not limited to:
• Monitoring alarms using NMS (network management systems).
• Working with customer/field engineers to identify problems and advising on the solution.
• Logging and keeping records of alarms in a tracking systems.
Required skills
• Knows how to handle and prioritize alarms.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge.
• An in depth understanding of optical networks (SDH/DWDM).
• Good working knowledge of Ethernet and IP protocol (CCNA is a plus).
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Bachelor of Engineering or computer science is required.
• Working for an ISP in a NOC or front office is desirable.
• Preferences for Locals with transferable Iqama.
