Our company is in need of an ERP DEVELOPER.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. Designs new modules to improve system efficiency. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Accountabilities
• Responsible for corporate system development, maintenance, enhancement and user liaison
• Identify user requirements, evaluate available technologies and recommend solution
• Participate in ERP System implementation, perform system requirements' collection and analysis, data migration, UAT, user training and support
• Ensure deliverables are at good quality
Attributes
• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of full cycle application development and support experience, preferably oil and gas industry
• Hands on experience with MS-SQL, My SQL, .Net, VB, web programming and 1st tier ERP system
• Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure with good team spirit
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
