1- JQP (Job Qualification Program) Trainer / Coordinator (Maintenance)
Specifications for Hiring
• Experience in Petrochemical plant.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in maintenance field.
• Must be aware for the Safety & environmental standards & local regulatory requirements.
• He has good knowledge about maintenance systems and requirements.
• Must be aware of Preventive Maintenance/ Predictive Maintenance/ Turnaround/ Reliability / Breakdown
• Must be having good communication skill in English, Arabic will be added Advantage.
• Coordinate and Guide for each JQP level preparation and trainings with employee.
• A very good presentation quality is required.
• Development of all training materials & scheduling.
• Must be having Good knowledge & potential to train the person on following equipment’s from Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument side,
- Stationary / Rotary Equipment’s / PRD’s, etc.
- DCS / Analyzer / Field Instruments / Control Valves, etc.
- Motors LV & HV/ Transformer / Switch Gear / UPS / MOV’s, etc.
• He must be having complete knowledge to train the Technicians from bottom level to good working knowledge.
• Able to lead a group in the field to explain the things in the field for on job training.
• A very good computer knowledge, especially on Microsoft Office.
• Good leadership qualities to handle the group of people.
• Qualification: Engineering Graduate, B.E /B. Tech/ B.Sc. Engg. (Mechanical/Electrical or Instrument),
2- Planning Engineer (Mechanical)
Specifications for Hiring
• Minimum of 5 years in Petrochemicals Plant Maintenance
• Minimum of 3 years in Maintenance Planning or Project Planning & Management
• Familiarity with mechanical drawing and P&ID.
• Experience with day to day planning Jobs.
• Experience in Turnaround / shutdown planning jobs.
• Experience of SAP Plant Maintenance / Material Management module.
• Job scope preparation and estimation experience.
• Create the schedule bar chart in Primavera P6 and publish to all concern department
• Update and monitor Shutdown Daily Progress Report on daily basis.
• Initiate the meeting to discuss the safety issue, progress, slippage of shutdown activities
• Hands on experience in use of Planning Management Software.
• Familiarity with plant equipment’s /components.
• Material procurement, purchasing knowledge.
• Command in verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
• Well conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
• BS Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering
