PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ PROPERTY MANAGER

Non Arab male candidate is required as

PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ PROPERTY MANAGER

for a prominent family.

Qualifications : Diploma / High School

Age : 35-45 Years Old

Work Experience : Minimum 8 years

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for all properties in Kuwait.

• Settlement of bills related to properties (utilities, maintenance, etc. )

• Review and negotiate maintenance contracts of owned properties.

• Recruit, supervise, and handle properties staff affairs.

. Handle all secretarial work for family as needed.

Required Skills:

• fluent In written and spoken English

• Proficient In MS Office applications (Word And Excel)

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license Is required.

• Able to travel at short notice.
