• Perform the work against Checklist, Method Statements and Risk Assessment
• Setting out, surveying and leveling the site
• Ensuring that all materials used are as per the approval and work performed are as per specifications
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
• Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and works of subcontractors
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety on site
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Prepare Daily Labour Allocation, Labour Output Record, Labour Attendance Time cards
• Prepare Concrete Pour Record
• Analyzing and resolving on field construction issues
