Construction Company based here in Riyadh. We are looking for a highly qualified Filipino Executive Secretary who is fluent in English with a Bachelor's Degree.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for presentations and submittals.
2. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
3. Prepare invoices/financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
4. Prepare Request for Pricing and Purchase Orders of Materials for Procurement.
5. Make travel arrangements for executives.
6. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, cd burn and filing.
7. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
8. Coordinate project-based work with Project Managers and Engineers.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's Degree related to secretarial work/functions.
2. Minimum 1 year secretarial experience and if previous company is in construction it will be a plus.
3. Excellent knowledge in Windows MS-Office/Adobe Applications, experience in AutoCAD is preferred also.
4. Good IT background is needed for basic troubleshooting of office equipment and peripherals.
4. Fluent in English language, excellent in reading/writing and if fluent in Arabic the better.
5. Should have transferable Iqama.
Package: 3,000 SR per month (can be raised depending on the candidate's job experience)
