A PROJECT MANAGER IS REQUIRED BY A RENOWNED CANADIAN CONSULTANT (PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT) WITH A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN KSA PROJECTS AS A PROJECT MANAGER.
We are project management firm and looking for an experience project Manager in mega projects.
We have shopping center project in the heart of Riyadh and the finishing stage just about to start.
Also all electrical and mechanical work just started.
Experience and qualifications required:
1- Architectural or civil engineering degree holder.
2- Minimum 10 years’ experience
3- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager
4- Contractor background
5- Consultant background to understand documents procedures
6- Strong technical background
7- Good command of English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
8- Must be available in the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia
9- Transferable iqama when is required
10- Ready to start before end of march, 2017
11- Strong personality with good attitude for leadership
