• Provides leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication. Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of changes in programs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience, CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• US, European or Australian trained is an advantage
• Qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA - with a strong technical background preferable
• Excellent relationship builder and commercially astute, comfortable partnering with the CEO and COO
• Knowledge of Insurance, Banking or Wealth Management
• Technical expertise in all aspects in all aspects of finance and accounts, including IFRS and IAS with regular updates according to relevant changes in regulations.
