Company Located in Riyadh looking for Chief Auditor with 10 to 15 years Experience in the field
Requirments:
1-Recognized professional designation in Internal Auditing (CIA & CISA).
2-Solid understanding of risk and control concepts. Ability to apply these concepts to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of business processes and controls to mitigate risk to tolerance levels defined by management.
3-Knowledge of COSO Risk and Internal Control framework.
4-Well-developed technical skills in Microsoft applications.
Required Attributes &Skills :1- Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal, Arabic and English).
2- Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values.
3- Ability to stand firm on difficult issues when required.
4- Strong analytical capability and having logical approach to identifying and evaluating issues and problem solving.
5- Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision.
6- Displays awareness of the need for confidentially in sensitive matters.
7- Demonstrated job commitment and personal flexibility to meet changing expectations.
8- Commitment to self-development and expansion of knowledge.
9- Continuous Learner.
10- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
11- should carry with him professional presentation skills
12- should be able to independently draft audit program
13- candidate should be have adequate knowledge in the areas below and should be able to identify the risk and controls for available:
