EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, preferable Indian or Filipino national
We are looking for a young (below 30 years) enthusiastic Bachelors Degree Holder with experience of at least 5-7 years performing senior administrative or executive level support to senior level management. The candidate will be reporting directly to the President & CEO.
As the Executive Secretary, you will perform advanced administrative functions including composing routine/complex memos, correspondence, reports, and presentations. Correspondence and communication is frequently of a sensitive/confidential nature and requires exercising judgment and discretion on a daily basis. You must respond daily to internal and external communications and may also serve as a primary liaison between the Management and other senior executives, or corporate officers.
This position also handles certain routine tasks, such as making hotel and airline reservations, preparing itinerary for executives traveling, tracking absences, opening/distribution of mail, managing calendars, preparing/distributing agenda items for meetings, contribution requests, reserving conference rooms, photocopying, filing, e-mail communications, and special projects as directed by the President.
Advanced experience in senior management support with proficient knowledge and use of computer software and department applications are required. Strong verbal, written and communication skills are essential to this position

Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Arrange Events and coordinate project-based work.
Supervise support staff.
