Our Requirements
1.Must be worked in KSA atleast 2/3 years in a medium sized organisation/company
2.Fluent in Arabic & English ( Both writing & speaking)
3.Should have deep Knowledge in all Govt Web Sites& HR day to day administration, Letter Drafting etc
Review the government websites - GOSI, Muqeem, Wasel, Enjaz, Tamm, COC, MOFA, MOL, MOI regularly and record & communicate for changes or additional requirements and ensure all reports matching the requirements. Ensure all GR subscription fees are paid on time to avoid any job interruption, Send on time all the payment’s list to our finance Department to pay government fees to keep the GR processing.
Work Related to MOL
Ensures Timely Iqama Issue ( New employees) and renewal (Existing employees), follow-up with finance department for required cash to be maintained in Bank for the issuance and renewal purposes, rapport with Banking authorities if situation demands such as password or username ambiguities, Evaluation of company, Timely uploading monthly salaries to MOL once received from finance dept., Generation of Saudization reports , Issuing certificate of Saudization, Proper change of profession of employees if required. Change of sponsorship for NOC visa holders. All major & Minor external Works will be distribute to GRO- Muqaeb for timely completion of Jobs. Analyze Nitaqat program and generate pertinent reports from time to time.
Work related to Muqeem
Coordinate to Check expatriates status list in Daily, weekly, Monthly. Generate a list of expatriate’s coming months Iqama renewal list, Issue new iqama after the primary formalities from MOL & Payment in Bank, Renew Iqama well before expiry date or actual date of leaving of employees, Timely issue of re-entry visa for those who are going vacation/Annual leave, Timely issue of final exit visa those who are not renewing contract/Termination/resignation, Timely passport renewal of employees to avoid last moment uncertainty.Renewal of Muqeem services yearly before expires so as to enable uninterrupted usage.
Works relate to Gosi
Check daily for new messages if any, Adding new Saudi Employees & Expatriates, Delete Saudi Employee after resignation/Termination, Check deleted employees monthly, Add new work injury in consultation with HSE& Security Supervisor, timely updating of annual wages of employees. Generating Invoice to be given to finance dept. monthly, Issue certificate of subscription.
Work Relate to MCI & MOL
Coordinate with Personnel Specialist to get the final list of Manpower required for Istiqam from abroad. Then apply for governmental approval from MCI regarding visas requests , follow- up our request with a unique number until getting approval of visas number. Then apply on MOL website for visa with the unique number provided from MCI.
Work Related to TAMM (TRAFFIC)
Timely search for traffic violations if any, renew vehicle registration, Renew well before expires.
Work related to BUPA (MEDICAL INSURANCE)
Timely adding new employees and deleting employees after leaving company, Generate monthly invoice and submit to finance, Change class (upgrade- Downgrade) and submit claims for employees in Bupa
