OD Specialist
Job responsibilities:-
* Conduct Training needs/ TNA
* Prepare Ext/Int. training calendar
* Select suitable external. Trainer provider
* Coordinate with departments to in-house training's by department
* Arrange Logistics for each training's
* Prepare Training Log for Company / HIPIT
* Prepare Periodical Training reports
* Carry out Periodical Job Analysis
* Create/Update Job Description
* Continuous improvements in HR Process
* Benchmark Salary structure & grades with market
* Develop and update Organization chart
* Carry out Succession plan
* Develop Employee betterment plans
* Develop Competency Mapping and Career Path Planning
* Establish HR Dashboard
* Prepare and Present Periodical reports
* Take care of other jobs as and when assigned
B. Qualification: -
Graduate / Master degree preferably specialization in HR.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with proven track record.
