MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:
• Expertise in HP ProLiant DL series and IBM Blade Servers.
• Expertise in Exchange 2010 and 2013 administration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise with IBM SAN Storage and IBM Tape Library hardware.
• Expertise in Firewall Systems in general, Sophos UTM in specific.
• Responsibility to perform daily task like server health checkup, reboot of windows Servers if required after patch upgrades. Maintaining daily error server Event viewer logs and finding
• Expertise with Microsoft 2003, 2008 and 2012 Servers OS, including Hyper-V, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS administration.
• Maintaining & Troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, connectivity issues.
• Monitoring of Daily backups of all Physical and Virtual servers using Symantec BackupExec and also monitoring the Backup application.
• Work on day to day issues related to Production Network, Servers, Applications or any issues that are brought by the End-user which are related to IT.
• Security Management including Antivirus updates on Client PC’s and Production Servers.
• Keep track of number of Physical and Virtual Servers in Datacenter and DR Site with their login credentials and in case of failure will rebuild Server and restore the server data
