JOB Purpose:

Provide a RBT operations manager to Mobily in Saudi.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicate with customer and CP about service design and marketing plan. To do the service content management, marketing planning, marketing execute, marketing analysis.
Routine Actions
 Communicate with customer about service marketing plan.
 To do the marketing analysis and presentation after the marketing campaigns.
 Thinking about business optimization points，do the business design to improve service user experience.
 Communicate with CP, search the content resource for service marketing campaigns.
 Manage service content and audit Contents in daily.
 Organization marketing features user acceptance testing, ensure the normal online marketing features.
 Marketing tasks testing and configuration. SMS and Dial-Out promotion task configuration
Preferred Experiences
• Junior level (2 – 2.5 years of working experience)
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT) / Marketing major / or related fields.
• Arabic national
• Fluent English
• Possess experience in Telecom VAS and/or digital content management field.
• Acquainted with local and regional VAS content providers.
• Excellent understanding of local Saudi and Middle Eastern digital content culture.
• Good presentational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
