JOB Purpose:
• Provide VAS Product Maintenance Engineer
Primary Duties &Responsibilities:
To work with daily complain of VAS products like RBT, USSD, Message+, FIN, OCS, NGIN…Be response to communication with other department and follow the issue until RTTS TT closed, the work time is in turn to cover 7*24H duty.
Routine Actions
• To be responsible of the KPI and SLA of VAS.
• To be first responsible of escalation of network critical alarms and problems to BO.
• Network and service performance data collection.
• Compilation of reports based on network performance data.
• Network resource utilization monitoring.
• Traffic management/analysis.
• Recommendation of the capacity expansion.
Technical Requirement (1-2years above working experience)
• Have IT & Telecom help desk work experience.
• Have the basic knowledge about VAS Services.
• Good skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Work hard, be honest for job and company, and be sociable for colleague.
