JOB Purpose:
• Provide VAS SDP Product Maintenance Engineer

Primary Duties &Responsibilities:
To maintenance the VAS SDP products like MDSP, SEE, PortalOne, SAG, NAG…Be response to the service include the Hardware and software.
Routine Actions
• Fault Management support
Trouble ticket management, Prioritization, Fault diagnosis, develop fault resolution, Management and control of fault progressing, Escalation to technical support, Dispatch of FLM-FO staff.
Solve the production platform and service issue to match the target SLA & KPI
• Technical Support
provide Second line support, resolve issues escalated from First line diagnostics; Provide guidance and support for software delivery and upgrades; Escalate the trouble ticket to Tier 3 and Tier 3 support when they cannot solve it, monitor it until solved and match the target SLA & KPI; Provide technical reports to identify cause of problems, and give preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again.
• System Update&Upgrade
Update/Upgrade needs notification; Detailed requirements specification; Update/Upgrade purchasing assistance ;Application validate in test-bed; System upgrade; Software installation management; Software Configuration Management; Test list definition and testing phase management
• Configuration Management support
Coordinate all changes to the system configuration, detail with CP/SP.Actual configuration and provisioning activities within the network, planned events, software introduction, and impact analysis.
• Performance and Capacity monitoring support
Performance monitoring collects, analysis, and reports indicating element and network performance; periodical evaluation of system availability and capacity.
• Storage & Backup Management
Implementation Support; Disk volume management; Task automation;Incident handling and resolution; Performance monitoring; Health check; Technology refresh; Performance tuning; Data storage policy management; Backup & Restore management and operations ;Periodic status reporting
• Preventive Maintenance
Performing daily/quarterly system health checking, or during the preparation for Importan festival, including scheduled and un-schedualed, to enture the platform/service is running normally and try the best find potential issue or risk, and solve them ASAP, to reduce the service affection as possible as we can.
Technical Requirement (3 years above working experience)
• IT & Telecom experience
• Value added services product installment, debugging, etc.. delivery experience
• Better to be familiar with Huawei SDP platform.
• Good Knowledge & professional experience of Networks
• Good technical skill and work experience on Oracle and Oracle management. Strong Query Building skills for Oracle.
• Have much Experience of operating Linux system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
