JOB Purpose:
• Provide VAS SDP Product Maintenance Engineer
Primary Duties &Responsibilities:
To work in the front office team, work as help desk, support customers the service consultion and to solve the service technical issues about SDP platform, and monitor alarms and do the escalation, to maintain the stability of SDP platform, the work time is in turn to cover 7*24H duty.
Routine Actions
• Responsible for the help-desk for Customer, such as receiving complain, replying to questions, distributing problems, problem tracing and etc.
• Responsible for Alarm monitoring by I2000 and other monitoring tools, alarm reporting and troubleshooting etc.
• Responsible for basic trouble shooting and escalate it to BO.
• Responsible for the Trouble Ticket and work order management: creating, following and closing, to match to the SLA
• Responsible for incident notification to Mobily Surveillance team.
• Cooperate for services launch testing from BO side.
• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance work.
• Responsible for the daily report making and sending
• Responsible for daily/monthly trouble shooting records, faults reports, operation reports and handover reports to surveillance team leader and other members.
Requirement (1-2 years above working experience)
• Have the help desk work experience.
• Have the basic knowledge about VAS Services..
• Be familiar with Linux system, Oracle system and network equipment.
• Have good communication skill
• Good English speaking, writing.
